Yea, so the "maintenance" was doing work on our roof (we live on the second floor) at 7 in the morning to say the least, and the noise was so unbearable that I actually got so angry after talking to the office that I punched the wall...but that's not the worst part! My CEILING in my room collapsed (when I wasn't home thank GOD, because it fell on my bed and I wouldn't be writing this right now because I would have been in a hospital or dead) and my printer and $700 mattress was destroyed...long story short they still haven't fixed the roof (it's been a lovely week of hell) and they refuse to pay for damages but I plan to get my lawyers involved...sounds like fun for a stressed college student huh! I'm looking for somewhere else to live next year. Yes, I'm bitter and I have a right to be. Save yourself some time, don't move here.
