I have lived here for about 8 months. Most of the claims on here are pretty bad. I have had nothing like that happen to me. I have seen a total of 3 roaches in my apartment since moving here and that doesnt seem bad to me considering in live in FL in a 1st floor apartment. I have had minimal problems with the staff. Matenance seems to be pretty fast as long as you keep on them. My heater wasnt working this winter and they had it fixed within a couple hours of my complaint. There have been a couple of times when the power and water has been taken off to fix pples apartments around mine and that was a huge inconvience. The grounds are ugly and there is trash around the apartments because of lazy tennants but nothing truely disgusting. The rent is cheap and so are the apartments - the noise is minimal occasionally I hear my upstairs neighbors walking around and my side neighbor when they are in the kitchen but never was very loud. ALso sometimes some jerks will be loud outside at night - there have probably been 5 or 6 nights when pple have been loud and drunk outside my apartment but just call the cops on them and the noise will go away. I am planning on renewing my rent. You get what you pay for and I dont pay much but am very comfortable.

ived lived in arbour for 2 yrs.. and everytime i renew my lese the rent goes up by 3%.... i thought it went the other way!!! plus lucky for you if u have had no problems.. i pay 795.00 a month for my one bedroom unit and friends of mine pay the same for a much nicer/ bigger apart down the road.... i dont think 795.00 is cheap do u ?

It is absolutely not cheap, especially when you factor in all that you don't get. Sure you get free cable and water, but the hassle and the feeling of insecurity certainly factor into the cost/benefit analysis! I am leaving very soon and can't wait!!
