I have lived in Arbour Apartments for the past 2 yeras. I wish I never moved in. The maintance is slow, the office workers sloppy and 'attitudinal!' Maintanance even hangs up phones when called- hows that for service. In the past year I have had the roof leak, pieces of the roof fall in, leaking fridge, leaking water heater, no heat water heater, zink leaking and toilet leaking. That left out the kitchen light which fell twice and hit me in the head which toook 4- 6 weeks for the maintnance men to fix and the office staff changing the mail key and not having the decency to alert me the tenant. Trust I wont even go in to detail about the rent check being sent in 2 days early and then me recieving a notice that it was 11 days late- all the while the check sits on the desk of an office staff - we never recieved an apology. The aircondition works only in the living room and for some reason we have a moody smoke detector that goes off when no one is even using the stove. And for jokes, when we reported the leak we were told 'someone likes to splash water. I wish it was a joke but, serioulsy that is what we were told. If there is ANY other place you are considering do so. I have regretted moving in here. For instnace I called the EMERGENCY maintanence men from 12:30pm and its 6 and no EMERGENCY maintenance have showed up yet. I regret Arbour
