Where do I begin. First the carpets are disgusting, if you like living in filth this is the place. They do not only give you an apartment with dirty carpet which is noticable the moment you walk-in, They also give you "Great appliances" If you like the ones that come apart and come from a junkyard. The Fridge had mold, rust and they had the nerve to just spray paint it to call it FIXED. If you love the pool you definitely would like the algae that swims in it with tenants and their pets in the pool. The laundry looks like it came from a horror movie. Tiles broken, machines not working and of course you must pay for the broken items.

The cabinets look like two-tone apparently they couldn't decide on a color. You could also notice the cabinets have been here longer than my grandmother's age. Sorry but true. I had my walls ripped out and they did not even offer the suite. I had to live in my apartment with no walls and because for them it was not that serious.

The roof leaks and of course they paint over it. I guess they are artist because they love to paint over the problems.

If you want to have breathing problems, then the mildew in the windows should do the trick.

I "love" the management staff especially Gina and Vanessa who apparently have problems holding a phone since they consistently hang-up on the tenants. They must have finished only the second grade because they don't know the basic common manner to address tenants.

Please someone take their jobs and teach them how to be professional. I could give them lessons for a minimal fee.

Apparently we have real "Disposal Dishwasher" since they love to fall out of their place.

Drug dealers are just the best here, I guess they must get a discount since they are so many.

Just in case you didn't get it THIS PLACE SUCKS PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

I totally agree about the office help.... very low class and uneducated - they fit the building type. The way Gina speaks and handles herself is a disgrace. It does seem as though she only graduated second grade- Perhaps she needs to get a refresher on her "GED"... lol does she even have one? The trash that is all around is really just an added bonus... Oh well you live and you learn... Very poor management-

wow someone agrees about the drugs....This seems like a welfare housing project community living. The management blends in here very well...very skanky and rude. They probably live here as well and get a discounted rent. The girls in the office are plain old nasty. The whole place stinks.Stay away and don't rent

WOW! I found a baggie of coke outside my front steps the other day. The best part is I have a small child! I ::love:: it here. VANESSA..WHAT A DOLL. She gave me the wrong address when I was first moving in and that made for an interesting converstation with the electric company who told me I had an unknown address! When I brought it to her attention she was just like...whoops. NO APOLOGY AT ALL, not that I could even give her that much credit. She is a classless ----- who belongs in this dump. I WISH I could move. The only good thing about living here is the proximaty to UCF. THAT'S ALL! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

To the comments about Gina- I lived under her. She and her girls and her boyfriends screamed and got into physical fights just about everyday, and pretty much stomped on the frickin ground like no one lived below them (our new upstairs neighbors are thankfully somewhat more quiet...but not by much) Since she moved out, I'm hoping she's gone as I never deal with the office staff- drop it in the dropbox at night. If Vanessa is the blonde skanky chick, then yes, she is a word I won't use. She's entirely rude and ghetto...Can't wait to be out of here, please don't make the mistake that we have and waste your life here.
