Not safe, bad management

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I lived here from Aug 2007 - Aug 2008. For the first few months, it seemed like a decent place to live. I was new to the area and I didn't what exactly I wanted in an apartment/community.
PROS:
-Relatively cheap: $705 for a 1 bed/1 bath, includes water, cable, internet.
CONS:
-Not safe: My apartment was broken into the first day I left for spring break. I guess I was being watched. TV, xbox, wii, monitor, camera, and a lot of small random things were stolen.
-Bad management: When I came back from my break, I asked management to change my door lock. They finally changed it a week after I told them to, WHILE I WASN'T THERE. I was locked out of my own apartment after a long school night. There was no way to get a hold of my new key cuz the leasing office was closed, and the "emergency" number they directed me to couldn't help. I spent the night at a nearby hotel (they agreed to reimburse me for the hotel the next day).
-Bad maintenance: In the last weeks before my lease ended, my AC stopped working. When i asked management to fix it, they said they'll have maintenance there within the next 1-2 hours. Several visits to the office and 48 hours later, my AC was fixed. Bear in mind this was the summer, and hurricane season in FL, so it was 80-90 degrees outside, and it was raining all the time. Leaving the windows open was not the greatest of ideas.
You should also know that the internet and electricity went out several times during my lease.
