VERY RUDE AND NASTY STAFF!!!! WORST PLACE TO LIVE

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
Be aware...the worst place to live is Arbour Apartments. Three years living here and is being a nightmare but of course the rent is affordable. The managment staff have changed twice and is been worse. The new manager Melanie is nasty, rude and not professional at all.
