I'm not sure why others are complaining...

I've lived lived in multiple apartment communities throughout Orlando, including a brand new "luxury" apartment in Baldwin Park, and this has been the best community so far in quality and price. These apartments are well made and are maintained; much better than other communities I've lived in. I've seen very, very few bugs, and no mold. The office staff have always been efficient, helpful, and courteous. My neighbors have been and continue to be friendly and respectful. One would think that, because my apartment faces the pool, it would be noisy, but it's not. Whenever we have a maintenance request, which is not often, it is handled quickly and correctly.
Also, while I find it ironic that there is a "No Pets Allowed" sign right by the well-stocked doggie bathroom supply container, my pooch and I just consider it a friendly reminder to make sure that owners know that their dogs should be cleaned up after (there seem to be some children in the complex now, and they deserve to have a clean place to play). I also have a dog, which has never made me feel unwelcome in the community (far from it, there are lots of great dog owners here).
I have heard of some crime in the complex a few months ago, but this was only through a community-wide notice sent out by the office staff, and I've never personally felt unsafe in the community (meaning, I don't see a lot of strangers here). I suspect that whatever happed is par for most apartment complexes.
I do hear water rushing through pipes when my upstairs neighbors are in the restroom, as well as some walking, but again, this is common noise in most complexes that I've lived in.

First of all, it is obvious that the person who posted this "anonymous" comment is some one in the staff. Probably one that I was complaining about previously. However, when I posted the complaint, I did so ONLY to help future tenants from making a poor choice in their living decision.
You, the staff, put up a post defending your "luxury" apartments to mislead and sell units.
As for the "friendly reminder" comment, a friendly reminder is NOT "NO PETS ALLOWED",
An example of a friendly reminder is "pick up after your pets please".
As for the SAFETY comment: I have recieved letters informing us of apartment breakins and car breakins. When I called the office after recieving the first couple warnings, they referred me to the local police.
Also, the staff that you claim has "always" been so helpful is new. So how far back is "always"?
As you can see, my complaint is not the only posted.
You, the staff, should spend less time online editing reviews and more time trying to figure out the problems of your tenants.

Well, I'm sorry to say this, but you're completely wrong in your assessment of my review. I assure you that I am in no way employed by the apartment community, and my review is an accurate account of my experience. Also, if you would re-read my post, you would realize that I did not call this apartment "luxurious" - it is a normal, garden-style apartment that is well built and well-maintained. I genuinely like my neighbors, and I genuinely find the office staff helpful and friendly. I'm sorry that your experience has been so poor, but mine hasn't. All too often I find people post here just because they are too mad about something to give it a fair review. Since I use this tool to help me find apartments when I have to relocate, I appreciate seeing a balanced set of reviews - meaning both the good and the bad. If the apparent assumptions you made regarding my positive review were true, then I would wonder how the apartment company stays in business at all. …but, seeing no hoards of moving trucks waiting at the gates to save the miserable residents of Archstone from the horrendous tortures of its property managers…it is probably a better assumption that at least some of us are content living there and that your review isn’t necessarily an accurate indicator of everyone who is qualified to assess the community.
**Also, ironically, it would be rather easy for the office staff to know who I am if I use my username, which is reason that I post anonmymously.
