	Spacious Floorplans; Courteous Local Staff; Unsympathetic Dictatorial Executives in the Parent Company; Poor (nearly unliveable)conditions of cabinetry and countertops; Dumpsters in parking lots are unsightly; Community is frequently victimized by burglaries, thefts, and assaults.
