The apartments are decent, all white everything, which allows them to fully exploit your deposit upon move out (and they do). The office staff is annoying and typically unreasonable when they could easily be helpful. Tom is nice, Kelly is not, but Tom will tell you what you want to hear and then Kelly (the manager) will completely negate it. 3 bed for 1250, 1 bed for 850, 2 for 1000 . Too pricy for an average place. There is a gate, but it is useless. Maintenance is helpful and responsive, so that is good. Parking sucks when you cannot park near your own house 4 or 5 nights a week. Walls are thin and the hallways echo everything the stomping stair climbers do!
