Lets see, where shall I begin.....OK the rental manager has a sour disposition. The two bedrooms are the size of sardine cans (900 square feet) tiny. They charge you extra for vaulted ceilings and a "view", man made "lake". You better hope your central air works well, or you bake in the summer. Certain areas are not clean at all. Half of the steps were painted and never finsished. Some of the tenants are wild and their kids are even worse.....you get the picture. Its looks nice outside-where the rental office is, but looks are VERY deceiving. They installed a fence, but the tenants keep breaking the gates, so they deep them open.So you can take a chance, I'm leaving, good luck.
