First of all, if you are a "professional" why are you renting in the first place''' Living here is fine. Michelle is the only manager that knows what she is doing. The maintence is friendly, they get the job done with 24 hrs, but u have to speak to michelle in order for the maintaince to be notified. Yeah there are kids, as far as i am concerned i rather hear kids having fun in the pool then getting their ass beat at home. As far as being ghetto, whoever wrote the previous review must be an all white american who thinks that everything besides white is ghetto, well they need to get the hell out of Orlando then. It is a mix community, so yeah the kids are all different with different behaviours. But they're kids, most of the parents are single and you have to take that into consideration if you RENT. It is by Rio Grande which is not so good area, but if you want cheap rent and a presentable neighborhood then this is for you.

You're right, this place isn't ghetto, this place is an example of low socio-economic living. Fences are broken, trash is everywhere, and no one has any respect for noise levels. People without any manners or sense of how to treat others around them and think first and only of themselves are not ghetto, just rude individuals.

Oh wait...wait...maybe you're the guy who STOLE MY CAR. Thanks. I've seen places where whitey is scarce. This place is such a place. But it is also ghehehehehehetooooooo!
