This complex has changed hands 3 times in the past 18 months. Each owner makes superficial repairs and 'improvements', then sells. The laundry room has only worked for two months while I've lived here, and maintenence issues I reported at move in (torn screens, a broken bedroom window, etc.) have never been addressed. The management and staff, though ineffectual and sneaky, are friendly enough. Noise is a problem, partially because of all the cosmetic projects underway, and because there are people screaming and yelling in the pool all night long during the summer. Maybe the latest owner will get things right... I'm not going to stick around to find out.
