Management if friendly, they have done a lot of cosmetic repairs, still is ghetto. Is not in the best part of the town (regularly you'll have to go around or wait 20 minutes to go in because there is a police road block, complete with helicopters, looking for people in the neighborhood) so I never had a sense of security here. Its a gated community, they only problem is that for the year I've been there, I have NEVER seen the gates working, I don't even have a gate opener for that matter. If you ask for rapairs, hopefully is not an emergency or something you can get used to because they will not come (I'm still waiting for them to fix a leak in my toilet that I reported the very day I moved in) This place went condo, but since they are not selling the apartments, they are still leasing. It is affordable, comparing to other places, but I would never reccomend a place there, maybe an enemy. Im moving now...

How dare this anonymous person say this! The place has gotten alot better after it has gone codo. And for your information I've never seen road blocks from the police, helicopters yes ok but don't you see that everywhere you are I mean come on!?
