I have always owned a house and never lived in an apt community. Living at Audubon was definately a great experience. I lived on a second floor outside the stairway nad occasionally it was noisy. This would be my only complaint. I was pleased they accepted dogs and most people did pick up after their dogs. The maintenance staff was friendly and prompt. The gym was fantastic as well as the jacuzzi. The grounds were beautiful. I work for an agency that dealt with the leasing, however I got my deposits back promptly. Would consider leasing here again if I were to return to the area.
