We rented this apartment sight unseen based on the Audubon Villas website and a visit by my parents because we were moving from Michigan. It was mostly fine for the first few months. Parking in front of our building could be difficult, though. Then the fire alarm started going off randomly. There was never any fire. Apparently the alarm was malfunctioning. We were told that the alarm company is in Tampa and can't be expected to rush over and fix it. When the company finally came to "fix" the alarm, we were notified that the alarm would be disabled for a month.
FYI: It has recently come to our attention that, while Audubon Villas advertises their 1 bedroom apartment at 1025 square feet on its website, in-office pamphlets, rent.net, and apartments.com all state that the apartment is 861 square feet. A significant difference (16% smaller).
