We never leased the apartment and was informed by (Kim, manager from the deep depths of hell!) that we weren't entitled to our "refundable deposit."

Kim was belligerent and rude. She stated that our security deposit would not be refunded because of the damage that accrued. We never moved into the apartment. We still live out of the state. We never signed any leases.

We knew Kim was stating the untruth and was making up apartment policies as she went along. We were very dissatisfied with the management staff. We were robbed of our security deposit. Audubon Villas is such a classless establishment.
