Reading other reviews, I guess neighbors can make or break an opinion. I live in an end unit and perhaps that makes a difference. I hear little to no noise. The apartments, compared to many others I've seen are spacious and laid out to offer privacy in the bedrooms. Most apts. bedrooms are right off the living rooms. Ours are in the back. I've never had a problem with getting maintenance - things are repaired right away. True, office staff could use a course in courtesy and professionalism 101, but I'll be first in line to buy this place.
