We were so dissapointed. The girls in the office were so incredibly rude. I was locked out of my apt when my boyfriend was on a business trip. I took him to the airport and when I got back I realized I didnt have my keys. So I went to the front desk and they would NOT give me a key to get in. The one older, bigger lady in the office basically told me i was screwed. Maintenance men "didnt work on Saturdays and they would not come in either" is what i was told. I even had a copy of my lease showing that I lived there, but still, no dice. I had to break into my own house (which was super easy, kind of scary). They never return any maintenance calls. We had a broken toilet for 6 months. 6 MONTHS!!!!! There are so many problems with the apt. Theres cracks and holes in the walls. The tile in the tub is horrible. I seriously thought my apt was going to blow away during hurricane charley. when we renewed our lease we were suppose to get a free carpet cleaning, then when we asked for it they said they "didnt do that anymore" ...Jerks.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE... THEY ARE NOW SELLING THESE PLACES AS CONDOS.... THEY ARE NOT CONDO MATERIAL. AND WAY TOO OVER PRICES FOR WHAT YOU GET. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
