As a former tenant I dreaded dealing with the manage "Kim" what an unprofessional woman, with no people skills. Otherwise the the location was convenient, however about safe ha-ha-ha...gated and all our car was stolen from the property! Good Luck!

Aububon Villas at Hunters Creek 14111 Fairway Island Dr Orlando, FL 32837 He is right a lot hispanic and red necks with loud music and heavy drinking until 5 AM selling drugs no police in here good place for prostitutes, and ----eeerss, Horrible for hard workers, children and people that want to relax Administration Property Management just Suuukks big time If you like to listen to a parties that START at 2 am with the bass booming so loud it can shake your walls...then look no further. This is the place for you! However; if you want to go to sleep at night in the bedroom (Our bedrooms are unusable due to plaster cracking bass stero playing and since our bedroom walls are the adjoining walls of our neighbors living room where the stereo is...we've had to move out all our bedding into the living room and stuff blankets and towels under the doors to try and soundproof it) then this is not the place for you! still wating for maintance to fix the faucet, broken storage door and other issues and i only move 2 moth ago, i already visit the office at least 3 times and stil waiting, so be aware. We are counting down the days until our lease is up. Noise is such a serious problem it overshadows their other shortcomings. It is under new management and rents have been increasing 20% upon renewal according to other tenants.
