Hi we are tenants from Audubon villas at Hunters Creek (14111 Fairway Island Drive, Orlando, FL 32837) we have received a letter from the association of Audubon Villas and the Community Association of Hunters Creek Threaten tenants that live at Audubon Villas that our car will be towing became 01/01/2009 from the property because the owner of the property did no paid his/her association fees.

We paid our rent at time and is not fault that the actual owner or the properties we rent don t pay the association, please correct if we are wrong

We have contacted others media in Orlando for help we Thank you for your help in this matter and congratulations for the shows.

Well the owner should of paid the association fee from your rent money. So you are partially at fault, because you didn't contact the owner and demand that they pay. But that's not why your car would be towed. You need to register your car(s) so they know who lives there and who does not. Your car is gonna get towed if your name is not on the condo lease. They are trying to "clean up" Audubon Villas. There are too many "non-tenants" living here. We have drug dealers, students and basic scum that need to move out!!!! So if your paper work isn't up to snuff, your car will get towed. There are too many people that don't live here that come off the streets and use our pool, work out gym, tennis court, & basket ball court. They play soccer here etc. Break locks to get in etc. This place has turn into a real dump.
