I've lived here since 2002, When it was Metrowest, before it was taken over by Colonial Grand. This was and still is an excellent apartment complex with nice, courteous people running it. No place will be perfect until you aquire your own home and set it up exactly like you want it, and then after a few years, that needs to be changed. The maintenance is done quickly in most cases and correctly. The landscape is kept up properly. In my opinion....there are 2 things that needs to be addressed: 1)parking, 2)enterance/exit gates needs better controls to allow less tail-gating and better security and 3)Snakes - ohh baby!!!but i live on the water.
Other than that.....I like and would STRONGLY recommend this place!

I have a 1/1 with new carpet, new paint available for a long term renter. If you're interested please email me at nerea@paramountlends.com. Azur @ Metrowest condo. Rent controlled until, rent will not increase over 3 years.
