what a bunch of crock!!!! poorly managed....poorly kept but decent maintenance people. MANAGEMENT SUCKS!! literally!!! I'm moving out as soon as the time comes.....although shrubs are trimmed,grass is cut, definetly nothing special and when grass is cut...it takes 2 days to clean up. Hurricanes showed just how poorly apartment was built and the mgmts intent being only to keep money coming in, not maintain or keep renters...After they get you in....---- who cares about you' Then reviewing other reviews, especially looking at other rating of 6/14/2004 and 7/16/2004, I have to ask...Where the heck do they live or are they management getting free apartments to live here (or reduced, way reduced rates compared to whats being offered to public and how things are handled' Be prepared for the office not to care about your well being either. All I have to say is "stay away"...Colonial Grand at Metrowest will take your money and make you suffer for the entire length of your stay. Do yourself a favor, explore Hiawassee or Kirkman and find yourself a better place to live. With better management!!!! Lets not even talk about SNAKES!!!
