I have had the worst experience living at these apartments...not only is the location a target for crime but also poor maintenance. The management team in the office are ill mannered and very unprofessional. I have had my car broken into 3 times within 5 months. It is suppose to be a gated community but the GATES are always open. I might as well live in Pine Hills for a cheaper apartment and get the same service and atmosphere. LOOK SOMEWHERE ESLE!!

I have a 1/1 with new carpet, new paint available for a long term renter. If you're interested please email me at nerea@paramountlends.com. Azur @ Metrowest condo. Rent controlled until, rent will not increase over 3 years.
