This property was really nice to live at. The office staff was friendly and the maintenance was pretty good compared to most apartment complexes. I liked how close it was to things but not right on kirman or hiawassee with all the noise from those roads. I would recommend it.

The above tenant obviously didn't live here long enough to HAVE any problems anyway, AND/OR never NEEDED maintenance, AND/OR doesn't have a parking problem either because they're a homebody! OR....THEY WORK FOR COLONIAL-HMMM...
