Manager does not do HIS job. They get you moved in & then you're not their problem.
The idiot who designed this complex, although not Colonial properties, did not account for enough parking spaces for the units by far. I avoid leaving for errands after work because I may not get a space anywhere near my building upon returning. There have actually been a few later nights that I had to park at the grocery store parking lot beside the complex because every single space was full!And even better-the lighting in the place is terrible-not safe! What really bothers me are all

the idiots that double park that makes it impossible to park in several spaces at night. Its a domino effect b/c one idiot doesn't park right, the spaces are too narrow as it is, so everyone parks farther away from where they should. This is not enforced at all. The only people towed or ticketed are the ones not in spaces at all. Also, envision our pool on a nice sunny Saturday: 10-15 grown kids w/ no apparent supervision, wearing clothes in the pool, playing with a basketball that sometimes hits people, running around, and older "kids" drinking bottles in & around pool. People in their swim suits and flip flops "working out" and watching the TV in the work out room. Place is out of control!
