I lived in the Colonial Grand property in Hunters Creek and love it, thus I thought I would have the same experience here. Not so. BAD neighbors, TERRIBLE parking - I have had to park outside of the complext some nights, and terrible management staff -dumb and rude. We pay WAY too much and are moving as soon as our lease is up. The maintenance staff is great, but they can't keep up with the hoodlums who live here and loiter here. It is raelly disappointing and not worth the cost. we also had a break in attempt - WHILE I WAS HOME - and management would not fix anything until I gave them the police report because they thought I did the damage to the door myself.
