My rent went up over $200.00. I have resided at CG for going on 3 years.Will not renew my least.

Legally, they are not allowed to raise it that much, the amount is UNDER $100, just thought you should now, even though irrelevent now. Mine was only raised $71, but renewed last May..

I have a 1/1 with new carpet, new paint available for a long term renter. If you're interested please email me at nerea@paramountlends.com. The rent at my condo will not be raised over a 3 year period.

Bella....Where did you get the info that they are not allowed to raise it no more than $100? I had called Tallahassee about this and they said there is no rent control and they can raise it to anything they want? |
