I just recently graduated from college and moved to Metrowest because I heard it was a nice are. I was either extremely misinformed or it has severely gone down hill in the past 5 months. Metrowest is slowly turning into the ghetto, specifically Colonial Grand. Obviously they are turning the apartments into condos for the hopes of getting rid of the hoodlums that live here.
The staff...ugh. INCOMPETENT! Totally clueless. Maybe they will convert the staff too.
I live on a second floor apartment and was almost evicted for walking around my apartment past 10:00 p.m. We were then issued "Quite Hours." Yes, you heard me, quiet hours!!!

Our OUC bill was out of control!! We have the high cathedral ceilings and only 2 vents in the entire living area. During the hot months, it was never cool in the apartment. We had to leave the apartment b/c it was so hot. It never cooled off and we sure as hell werent going to lower our A.C. anymore b/c the bill was ridiculous for a 2 bedroom.

This place is horrible. The ghetto is slowly moving in from Pine Hills, and Colonial Grand is getting the worst of it.

They didnt offer for us to buy these crapholes...but you couldnt pay me to live here again. We're out in August...happiest day ever.
