I've been living at Colonial Grand (now Azur) for about a year and a half now and I cannot wait to leave this hellhole. Don't be fooled by appearances: it looks nice (if you don't mind the new Walmart bathtub-tile signs they put up that don't match the rest of the architecture or landscaping in the slightest), but the crime in this area of Metrowest has gone through the roof. For awhile, we were getting weekly notices on our doors of nearby break-ins, home invasions and car-jackings. Not confidence-inspiring.

Also, hopefully you won't ever have any problems that would require you to actually TALK to the management staff, as they will never answer the phone. I have been trying to call them for two weeks now with no success.

There is a massive sugar ant problem, the electricity bills in the summer are sky-high and the nearby "clientele" are shady. Get used to sketchy people cutting through the parking lot to go buy groceries at the Winn-Dixie. Have fun with the jerks who speed through the parking lot, running over cats and blasting music at 2am, which you will most certainly hear, as the walls are paper thin.

I totally agree with this!! This place is the worst yet!! I used to live in downtown Baltimore,MD and I felt safer there!!
