Please dont go! They are so clueless, apartment was ready at move in, bugs and mold, rotten wood. All places are same, talked with neighbors. They have just one person in office and she is so rude and annoying, If you don't lease the first day she'll keep calling you. The never fix a thing, gun shots regularly, gates never worked, disgusting place to live. No one has a screened in patio without rips in screen, easy access to robbers and there are many.

Save yourself the hassle. Dont rent here.

first of all if you saw bugs and mold the same day you moved in you should of went back to the apartment office and got your money back there is a 72 hour cooling period in Florida. Did you ever stop to think that if you go see an apartment seem interested plus give your phone number to someone that works in the office that they just might be doing there JOB BY CALLING YOU BACK A FEW TIMES HELLO!!!!! Last but not least the gun shots comment doesnt have anything to do with the owners or management. What do you expect them to do search everyones home for guns it comes down to the guest and family that your neighbors are INVITING into their homes. p.s. I live in the Rosemont area for 6 years and have NEVER had any major issues/problems. I AM PROUD OF WHERE I LIVE.
