The place is inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. On my move-in-date, the unit wasn't ready. Also, the has the glorious idea to fix both pools at the same time, which made it impossible to go swimming. Since I was living in the very back, it wasn't noisy. However, the area itself isn't the best one. An advantage is, that is close to Universal, Wet'n Wild and not too far from downtown.
