I lived in the 3bdrm 2 bath 2nd floor apt. Although I never had a real prob., my air conditioning SUCKED. There R poor air vents in the 2nd floor apts., therefore Ur A/C is running ALL the time. I went from paying about $115-$150 a mth @ my old apt for electricity 2 paying $250-$320 a mth. It really isn't worth it. I recommend U request the 1st floor. Otherwise I never had any prob. When I had a maintenance issue, it was corrected right away. Other than my A/C. Roads had pot holes, cats everywhere but not anything U couldn't live with. N prices went UP. When I signed my application, the apt. were $772.00 for a 3bdrm. Once I signed my lease 2mths later, the price went up to $975.00. OUCH!!
