I signed a seven month lease and have always been pleased with the office staff and maintenance. The office staff has always treated me very kindly and the maintenance techs always responded to my maintenance issues in a timely manner. Police patrol the area often which I consider to be great since the surrounding area has a bad reputation. I wish the community had more amenities but overall I have been a happy resident.
