I have been living here for the last 4 years and it has gotten worse and worse. At first, although knowing that it sits in a ghetto-ish area, it didn't seem so bad, but once we moved in, we started witnessing "dealers" at night in the parking lot, "working women" as well... Finally they got them to move out somehow (Yes, they lived here). But that's not where the crime scene ends. Now we have a mysterious "person" that seems to kick doors down AT DAYLIGHT and actually has robbed 2 apartments that I know of. Also, Maintenance and bug-spray people enter at their own will. They knock twice and that's it. Wether you're walking around nude or who knows what. I say you think about moving here more than twice. It's ghetto, it's clean for the most part, but it's REALLY ghetto.
