Let's put it this way. I would recommend living in Knights Krossing over Boardwalk, and I thought Knights Krossing was bad when I lived there. At least the management was courteous and the maintenance knew what they were doing.

Our AC, dryer, faucet, toilets, cupboards, fridge, and stove were broken at different times for months over the year that my roommates and I lived there. It took maintenence three months to fix our fridge and dryer, and living in Orlando in July with no air conditioning is pure hell. One maintenance man tried to fix my running toilet three different times, and the last time he even shut the bathroom door and proceeded to use my bathroom! Very unprofessional...

The walls are paper thin, the carpet is so dirty it turned our feet black, there were ants in every room, the Internet didn't work half the time, our fridge leaked and spoiled our food...I could go on and on.

But what made the experience so horrible was the unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional management. They charged me for ridiculous things when I moved out, and the condition of the apartment when I moved in was so grotesque that I could have gotten out of my lease with help of a lawyer, and I really wish I would have. It isn't worth it to live at Boardwalk...they will take advantage of you any way they can, and they don't care that most of what they do is illegal because they can get away with it!
