Whomever wrote this place was great probably works here or got paid to do it!

Boardwalk has a couple of nice staff members - other than that they are not worth your time. They treat you like a king when you are going to move in, but then you become a peasant!

While our apartment never really had anything wrong with -
1)EXCEPT FOR THE AIR CONDITION NOT WORKING (the middle of summer with no air in florida) and it would take them 6 days to fix the problem.
2)THE BUGS - self explanatory
3)THE DRYER - took 4 times to successfully dry a load - took boardwalk maintenace 3 months to fix problem
4)THE PARKING - can not find a visitor spot worth crap
5) THE ROOMATE HELL - my roomates are a disgrace
6) THE WATER - will not stay hot - don't try
7) THE INTERNET - doesn't work half the time
8) THIN WALLS - everything you want to know about your roomate - you will hear through the wall -don't worry!
9)ZAPPED WITH LIGHTENING - zapped cuz there is no lightening bar on the roof with so much electricity 4 times in a matter of 2 months - what is someone's chance of being zapped once let alone 3 times'
10) THE EXTRA CHARGES - the other people are right - they try to find a way to charge you for EVERYTHING

So, If you like parties, cops always around, never being able to sleep, dealing with problem after problem, having a staff who doesn't handle your concerns,roomates from hell and over paying for an apartment then Boardwalk is your place. - JUST SAY NO TO BOARDWALK
