I find it hard to believe that all these complaints could be true. I loved Boardwalk and it's staff. I just moved out and got a full refund! Those who damage their apartment should be held responsible for their irresponsible behavior. Grow Up! (Many of my neighbors were used to mommy and daddy cleaning up all of their mistakes. You're in the real world now.) I agree anyone who feels they were charged wrong should make a complaint. But trust me...as long as you treat the furniture like it belongs to you and take care of it you should have no problems. I thought the Maintenance was prompt and efficient. They always had things fixed within a day of my phone call. Management was wonderful and really cared about the residents. I wonder what will happen to these whiners when they are responsible for a house and mortgage payment. It's sad that these adults still act like children.
