you find it hard to complain b/c you never had to deal with managment. It seems hard to me to see that having a cat that never did anything is worse than those idiots in building 4 that slide down the stairs on their mirrors-and moon and flash those on the bottom floor. The managment has a real problem with what they believe is "wrong"...mind you, I don't care that they have to prosecute for violations-but choosing to prosecute a cat owner instead of those who have constantly vandalized and ruined property on the premis is ridiculus. Ask the police about 3512-they'll tell you. Get a life-if you think this is great, then your nose is brown...
