I moved in with torn furniture, whic after a year they have yet to fix or replace. My bath tub was clogged with hair and who knows what. My mattress was stained red and it wasnt wine. Within the first week, my closet door broke and fell on me. THe furniture itself sucks. I had to buy a new desk chair because they didnt replace my old one which sat at a tilt. The new desk that I got sat in my living room for about 6 months along with a roomates desk and dresser. Television sux, the picture quality is poor on the majority of channels college men watch (sports, movies, music, SPIKE "channel for men," and channels with poker).
Move out is hell. My roomate moved out and they charged him 300$ for basically nothing. The office gave their reason that they did a walk through and the furniture was broke. They will charge people for anything.
Internet sucks.
Parking sucks.
They were going to make us pay more to look at a irrigation ditch that spent 9o% of the year dryed up, calling it pond front property.
