I only lived at Boardwalk for one year. I just moved out and let me tell you I have never been so happy to move. The problem wasn't really boardwalk though it was the horrible roommate they put me and my two other friends with. Everything that we said we hated on our roommate prefrence list he was and when we brought this to the office's attention they said he MUST have just lied on his form and to deal with it. The parking SUCKED. Once I had to park in the Bank of America parking lot and had to walk all the way to the back of the complex to my apartment. The rooms are big though and the furniture os okay but not great. I was scared to sit on the couch though because it looked that disgusting. The internest never works which is really frustrating. We never went over on our electricity cap so that is good. The maintenance are really nice guys who get things done. The people who live at Boardwalk though are the type of people who should have never even gotten into college in the first place and most did drop out after the first semester because of all the partying that goes on at Boardwalk. Overall I think it will be a different experince for everyone and my bad experince doesn't mean it will be a bad one for you.
