I have lived at Boardwalk for 3 years now and I have to tell you that when I come to this website and read some of the things people say, I can't help but laugh out loud. People.....you're in college now. Don't you think it's time to start being responsible and READ THINGS BEFORE YOU SIGN THEM'''!!!! I promise, it's not very hard at all, no big words or fine print. Everything was explained to me and yes the parking is crazy sometimes but there are numberous signs that say "VISITOR PARKING". Hmmmm.....I guess visitors are supposed to park there' Nah...the signs are lying. I think the office and maintenance staff is awesome and extremely helpful all of the time. The prices are great and I got matched with the perfect roommates. I plan on staying here for my last year and leaving with a great experience overall!! GO UCF!!!
