On certain nights and certain times in the evening, there will be absolutely ZERO parking spaces, whether for visitors or RESIDENTS! Upon driving around my entire complex for 20 min, I could not find a spot to park my car. So, I parked on the side of the curb (fire lane) until I could find an open space. (Bye the way, all of the handicapped spaces were already filled up with non-handicapped residents who couldnt find spaces) I called the "24 hour" help line to ask for help, but nobody picked up. I then walked around the apartment complex for another 20 minutes looking for a security guard to help me, but there wasnt one on duty. Then, after giving up and going inside and thinking that "surely my own complex wouldnt tow me while I have a decal, and there are no available spaces'" But, sure enough, an hour later I found my car towed. Then, when I tried to explain myself to the manager and ask for money to get my car back (I'm entitled to a parking space, and they didnt provide one)she said no way, and that I should have called the hotline. When I tell her I did, she called me a "liar" and said I didnt. Long story short, I had to pay $150 to get my car back, and was not apologized to, nor re-embursed. The management actually told me to read my agreement, and said that they are not required to provide a parking space for me! The head manager is an absolute horrid beast, and is most likely dead on the inside. I am writing a letter to the better business bureau since I cant go over her head (she's the HEAD of the property! Unbelievable) Oh yea, the amenities suck and the internet is slower than dialup. DONT LIVE HERE! OH, yea, and when I talked to the tow truck driver the next day, she said that she towed 9 RESIDENTS WITH DECALS, because they were parked ilegally due to the lack of spaces. And she says there are security guards on duty sometimes, but the reason you cant find them, is because they are inside the locked clubhouse smoking and watching tv. THIS IS WHAT THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER SAID!
