I am a senior getting ready to graduate and I would NOT recommend Boardwalk Apartments to my worst enemy.

The management here is terrible. Today I turned in my rent and they tried to tell me that there was a late fee of $30. Granted, it is the 4th of April...but last month when I called they said that if I turned it in by the 4th it would not be late. They neglected to tell me that it had to be turned in by 8 a.m. The management here is very unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. I attempted to contact the manager for Boardwalk and I also called Corporate, but it has been 6 hours and she has yet to call me back.

Furthermore, if I don't pay the late fee, they will charge me an additional fee on top of that for every day it is late. But if she would have called me back today then maybe we could have gotten it resolved.

Long story short- this place is constantly infested with roaches and spiders, I developed allergies because of the poor ventilation and circulation in my apartment. There is mold growing in my air duct that I can see clearly and on my window sill.

I have reported my leaky faucet in my bathroom numerous times but it doesn't get fixed, so I just gave up. And to top it off, now they are trying to charge me for something that isn't my fault.

Live anywhere but Boardwalk, it will be worth it.
