(user photo) This was pretty normal. (user photo) I said it was loud. Sleep durring night = impossible. And instruments are supposed to be illegal under the contract. (user photo) Beer cans, food, plates, and broken glass all over the volly ball court and pool.

Time to move out

All I have to say about Boardwalk Apts. is simply that i had to move out. There were parties at my neighbors most if not all weekends throughout the year. The 'roomate matching' is all but horrid! I recently moved out and before I did, i cleanned the apartment from top to bottom, it looked better when i moved out rather then when i moved in. Their response was to charge for a list of items that were like that when i moved it. All I can say is to take pictures to document anything that may have already been wrong with the apartment. I'm glad that I did prior to moving in - and write in detail on the move-in sheet. I just moved out and already feel free!
