Management are deceitful liars. Always overages on electricity bills. Always had problems with broken air conditioner and never fixed. Was charged near $3000 dollars between my roommates and I when we moved out for things that either came broken when I moved in or were not broken at all. I lived with girls and we really took care of the place while we lived there but receieved outrageous move out charges anyways. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to live.

That so true about the electric bill. they say utilities are included, but then you find out they are included up to $50 for the entire apartment. had to pay utilities usually around 200 dollars, easily!

Hi, I'm a prospective international student at UCF. I was just about to sign a lease with Boardwalk and came across this site. Seems like the place sucks big time. Good to have known in advance. Do you know of any place that is safe and good near UCF? I would really like appreciate any help!
