I lived in these apartments a few years back and from the reviews I'm reading nothing has changed. The parking was horrible, management there was rude, you never knew who you were getting as a roomate. One of mine turned out to be a serious crack head (no joke) and almost burnt our apartment down due to leaving a burning candle on a paper plate on her desk while sleeping. Don't they screen these people''' Maintenance there was a joke. We were having a serious ant problem and they kept getting into our trash. I was told by maintenance to let the ants continue to get the rest of the food out of our trash and they should be gone after that. Are you kidding me'''' Oh and let's not forget about the time the toilet backed up and after getting no help from management and maintenance with that I ended up going to home depot to buy my own fans to dry the carpets. Awww memories!

Hi, I'm a prospective international student at UCF. I was just about to sign a lease with Boardwalk and came across this site. Seems like the place sucks big time. Good to have known in advance. Do you know of any place that is safe and good near UCF? I would really like appreciate any help!
