I am living in these apartments right now, and other than coming into your apartment whenever they want, they have insane rules. you are not allowed to have any drapes other than their standard drapes (which you can see through from outside!!!!) and if you do have other drapes, they tell you to take them down and charge you if they are not down immediately! Plus they charge you for anything they can catch you for, which the search for things to catch you on. the parking SUCKS! i have to park in visitors sometimes, and walk all the way across the complex past 40 drunk people in the parking lot just to get to my apt. after work. My furniture is old as can be, but i have seen other people in the complex with nicer stuff...not sure if it is just my apt.
oh..and i know its a problem everywhere...but i can hear every footstep the people above me make! and even though on girl had many complaints filed against her, and she is seriously crazy (she ran in yelling at us and tried to bust our ceiling) she is still up there walking around like an elephant. (ps dont live on ground level, or you will most likely get robbed)

Hi, I'm a prospective international student at UCF. I was just about to sign a lease with Boardwalk and came across this site. Seems like the place sucks big time. Good to have known in advance. Do you know of any place that is safe and good near UCF? I would really like appreciate any help!
