Boardwalk apartments... Ask anyone around the UCF area and they will tell you Boardwalk is not the place to live. If you want to deal with Rude office staff ( this is Including the leasing manager and the property manager ( who by the way is impossible to get ahold of in time of need) and the creepy maintence people and oh the rabie infested cats that roam around the complex. And lets not forget they don't exactly stick to their roommate matching system very well. After living in the complex I would rather be Addison place across the street living with mold than being in this complex. Oh and by the ....parking is a horrible problem. not to mention you can NOT have over night guest..''''' If i were you dont waste your money!!!!!! Boardwalk is the -----! Stay away! Oh and that gate we pay $605 for a month.. NEVER WILL WORK AGAIN! and the RAPE buttons in our room.. DO NOT WORK!!! Alright!! Good talk!!! Happy Apartment Hunting!!:) Oh and yeah one more thing.. we sit on our so called in perfect condition couches when its molded and torn apart and we fall through them!:)

The mom who responded to manager lady:call the health code enforcer! here is the numba (407)246-2686 that is in your living in the city and if you out the city limits call (407)836-5505 and take it from there. to all who sees this! you have the right to move out 15 days after you sign a lease without any penalty.
