I wish I could have known what I now know. Boardwalk is not a safe area, in my opinion. My car was vandalized after being there 2 months, and again a month later. I was told that it is a "high crime area" and that gangs target boardwalk. The electrical bill has come in "over" every month, and I do not get a detailed list telling why. Washers and dryers don't work, and mgmt is non responsive. Parking too tight, cars get damaged. Driving onto Alafaya, you take your life in your hands.
I regret I didn't check out the crime rates before signing. Everything is dated and run down.
