(user photo) This was pretty normal. (user photo) I said it was loud. Sleep durring night = impossible. And instruments are supposed to be illegal under the contract. (user photo) Beer cans, food, plates, and broken glass all over the volly ball court and pool.

Boardwalk not safe

I'm sorry I signed a lease with Boardwalk. My new car got scratched after 1 month here, and again. My friend came home to his apartment, and a guy had a gun. What happened to the "No weapons" policy'
Crime rate stats available.......check it out for yourself.
See the gates' Do they work' No. Gates haven't worked since last fall. Does Management repair it' Check them for yourself. A "gated community" where the gates are open all the time.
No wonder. Management does not provide adequate support.
If the price of the rent is cheap, there is a reason. I would rather pay more and live in a place where I feel SAFE.
